Environmental Impact Statements and Section 106 Review

Phil has extensive experience preparing both Programmatic Agreements and Memorandums of Agreement outlining review requirements for historic resources. Phil’s long history in the field of preservation provides us with strong relationships with the various state and federal agencies essential to this consultation and concurrence process. The reports produced include assessments of the project’s impact on historic resources, and recommendations to mitigate adverse effects.

Many of our projects involve consultation when federal funds are involved with transportation, cell tower and housing projects. Over the past decade we have completed studies and reports for over 200 cell tower sites throughout the Southeast as well as Section 106 review for agencies such as the Tennessee Department of Transportation, Tennessee Valley Authority, and U.S. Department of Energy.
