Historic Preservation Plans

Phil has extensive experience in preparing Historic Preservation Plans for federal and local agencies and governments. Historic preservation planning documents have been completed for cities including Little Rock, Pittsburgh, Waterloo, Iowa, New Britain, Connecticut and Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Recent historic preservation planning projects include the Garden City, Kansas Historic Preservation Plan and the Aberdeen, Washington Historic Preservation Plan.
Phil has also prepared numerous preservation planning documents for the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense. These include Cultural Resource Management Plans, Historic and Archaeological Resource Protection (HARP) Plans, and Integrated Cultural Resources Management (ICRMP) Plans. Historic preservation planning reports have been completed for Fort Benning in Georgia, Naval Support Activity Memphis, the Oak Ridge Reservation, and Randolph Air Force Base in Texas.
