Rhea Building Rehabilitation, Nashville, Tennessee

Built in 1887, the Rhea Building is a Victorian Romanesque commercial building located in Nashville’s Second Avenue Historic District. The building was badly damaged in the Christmas Bombing of 2020 but much of the original façade remains intact and will be restored. We are assisting the property owner in utilizing the federal tax credit to rehabilitate the building in keeping with its original design.
